Beige PP Sheet is a lightweight and chemical-resistant polypropylene board used for equipment panels, tank components, partitions, protective covers and custom-machined plastic parts. Reference full-sheet sizes include 1000 × 2000 mm, 1220 × 2440 mm and 1500 × 3000 mm, with reference thicknesses ranging from 3 to 30 mm. Cut-to-size panels and CNC machining can be arranged according to drawings and application requirements.
Beige PP Sheet is a beige polypropylene plastic sheet designed for industrial fabrication, chemical equipment, tank components, machine panels, protective covers and custom-machined plastic parts. It combines the low weight, chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and practical processing performance of polypropylene with a neutral beige appearance suitable for a variety of industrial equipment and assembly environments.
The beige colour provides an alternative to conventional white, grey or natural polypropylene sheets. It may be selected for equipment colour matching, visual identification, workshop organisation or applications where a softer and less reflective appearance is preferred. However, the colour itself does not determine the material grade. A Beige PP Sheet should not automatically be described as food grade, flame retardant, anti-static, conductive or UV resistant unless the corresponding resin grade and supporting documentation are confirmed.
Beige PP Sheet offers a practical combination of lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and fabrication performance. It is commonly selected for general industrial environments where ordinary metal panels may be unnecessarily heavy or vulnerable to corrosion.
The exact properties of the finished material depend on the polypropylene resin grade, pigments, additives, production method, thickness and operating conditions. Chemical compatibility should be evaluated according to the chemical medium, concentration, temperature, exposure time and mechanical stress.
Based on the supplied product-size image, the overall reference thickness range for Beige PP Sheet is approximately 3–30 mm. Common reference thicknesses shown include:
Thinner sheets are generally suitable for liners, light-duty partitions, covers and protective panels. Medium and thicker sheets may be selected for equipment boards, tank components, support panels, welded structures and CNC-machined parts requiring better rigidity.
The appropriate thickness should be selected according to the panel span, supporting structure, fixing method, operating temperature, mechanical load and machining requirements. Large unsupported sheets may deform under load or at elevated temperatures, so the equipment design should include suitable reinforcement where necessary.
The following dimensions are based on the supplied image and should be treated as reference manufacturing sizes rather than guaranteed inventory specifications. The image includes both full-sheet options and several smaller cut panels.
The dimensions above are reference combinations collected from different product listings. Because some of the supplied listings are labelled as grey or standard PP sheet, these sizes should only be used as a general manufacturing reference for Beige PP Sheet. Final availability depends on the beige colour formulation, resin grade, production quantity, thickness, dimensional tolerance and production schedule.
Beige PP Sheet can be used in general industrial fabrication, chemical processing equipment, water-treatment systems, laboratory equipment and machinery manufacturing. Typical applications include:
For chemical applications, material suitability must be checked according to the actual medium and operating temperature. Polypropylene provides good resistance to many chemicals, but no single material is suitable for every acid, alkali, solvent or process condition.
Beige PP Sheet can be supplied as a complete sheet, cut-to-size panel or finished machined component. Common processing methods include sawing, cutting, drilling, routing, milling, slotting, grooving, chamfering and CNC machining.
The sheet can also be joined using suitable polypropylene welding methods when tanks, ducts, covers, housings or assembled plastic structures are required. A compatible polypropylene welding rod should be used, particularly when colour consistency and material performance at the weld joint are important.
For machined components, customers should provide drawings showing the overall dimensions, thickness, holes, grooves, tolerances, surface requirements and installation structure. Thermal expansion, clamping stress and the lower stiffness of polypropylene compared with metal should be considered during design and machining.
The beige appearance should be confirmed before production because colour may vary slightly between different raw-material batches, pigment formulations, sheet thicknesses and manufacturing processes. Where strict colour matching is required, a physical colour sample or agreed colour reference should be confirmed before batch production.
Special requirements such as food contact, flame retardancy, anti-static performance, electrical conductivity, UV resistance or recycled content require a corresponding modified polypropylene grade. These properties cannot be identified from the beige colour or product appearance alone.
