Black Anti-Static UHMWPE Sheet combines controlled static-dissipation performance with the excellent abrasion resistance, impact strength and low-friction characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It is suitable for conveyor components, electronic equipment, automation systems, material-handling machinery and industrial applications where static buildup, wear and material sticking must be reduced. Standard sheets and CNC-machined components are available in different sizes, thicknesses and resistance grades according to project requirements.
Black Anti-Static UHMWPE Sheet is a modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material developed for industrial applications that require both wear resistance and controlled static dissipation. Compared with ordinary UHMWPE sheet, the material contains specially selected static-control additives that help reduce the accumulation of electrostatic charge during sliding, conveying, rotating or repeated contact operations.
The sheet retains the major performance advantages of UHMWPE, including excellent abrasion resistance, high impact strength, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance and a naturally low coefficient of friction. These characteristics make it suitable for components that operate continuously under friction, impact, dust or material-flow conditions.

The modified material helps reduce the buildup of static electricity generated by friction or repeated contact. This is especially useful in conveying systems, electronic assembly equipment, packaging machinery and automated production lines. The required surface-resistance range should be specified before production, because antistatic, static-dissipative and conductive grades are designed for different working conditions.
Black Anti-Static UHMWPE Sheet is suitable for sliding and wear-intensive applications. It can be used to manufacture guide rails, wear strips, liners, rollers, support plates, sliding blocks and conveyor components. Its wear-resistant surface helps extend component service life and reduce replacement frequency.
The low-friction characteristics of UHMWPE allow products, packages and bulk materials to move more smoothly. This can reduce material sticking, conveyor resistance, operating noise and unnecessary energy consumption. The material is particularly useful for guide surfaces, chute liners and sliding components that operate without continuous lubrication.
UHMWPE maintains good toughness under repeated impact and vibration. Unlike brittle materials, it is less likely to crack suddenly during material handling or equipment operation. This makes the sheet suitable for protective pads, impact plates, wear liners and automation components.
The material absorbs very little moisture and does not swell easily in humid working environments. It can therefore maintain relatively stable performance in wet production areas, warehouses, packaging lines and material-handling systems.
Black Anti-Static UHMWPE Sheet is resistant to water, many acids, alkalis and common industrial chemicals. However, compatibility should be confirmed before use with strong oxidizing chemicals, unusual solvents or elevated-temperature chemical environments.

Important: Sheet dimensions, thickness tolerances, flatness and electrical-resistance values should be confirmed according to the final drawing and operating conditions. CNC planing or precision machining can be used when tighter dimensional tolerances are required.
Standard UHMWPE is naturally electrically insulating. During repeated sliding, conveying or contact operations, static charge may accumulate on the component surface. This can attract dust, interfere with sensitive equipment or create undesirable electrostatic discharge.
Black Anti-Static UHMWPE Sheet provides a more controlled electrical pathway while retaining the wear resistance, impact toughness and low-friction performance required by industrial equipment. It is therefore a practical option when ordinary insulating UHMWPE cannot meet the static-control requirements of the application.
Sheets can be supplied as full-size panels, cut-to-size blanks or finished CNC-machined components. Available processes include saw cutting, milling, drilling, slotting, countersinking, surface planing and profile machining. Components can be manufactured according to customer drawings, samples or equipment installation dimensions.
Because UHMWPE has a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than metal, adequate installation clearance should be considered when designing long guide rails, large liners or components exposed to temperature changes. Hole positions, mounting methods and operating temperatures should be reviewed before machining.
When requesting a quotation, please provide the required sheet length, width, thickness, quantity and electrical-resistance specification. Information about the operating temperature, load, sliding speed, contact material and chemical environment will also help determine the appropriate formulation.
Black color alone does not confirm whether a sheet is antistatic, static-dissipative or conductive. The electrical grade should be selected according to the equipment requirement, and the final resistance value should be verified through batch testing when electrical performance is critical.
Production includes raw-material preparation, additive mixing, compression molding, controlled cooling, sheet finishing and dimensional inspection. CNC-machined parts can be checked according to drawings for overall dimensions, hole positions, slots, profiles and installation surfaces.
We can supply individual prototype pieces, replacement components and batch-production orders. Material grade, dimensions, machining details and delivery requirements are confirmed before production to help ensure consistent quality and scheduled delivery.
Yes. Full sheets, cut panels, rectangular blanks and CNC-machined parts can be produced according to drawings. Maximum dimensions depend on the selected thickness and production method.
No. Standard black UHMWPE may only contain a color or UV-stabilizing additive. Antistatic performance requires a specific material formulation and should be confirmed by the required electrical-resistance specification.
Yes. The sheet can be milled, drilled, routed and machined into guide rails, wear blocks, liners, support plates and other components. Appropriate tolerances should be selected according to the material’s thermal expansion and working temperature.
