Processing methods should be confirmed before production to prevent interference between the fabric layer and the weld joint.
Some public specification tables combine the production range of standard PP sheet, PPH sheet and fabric-covered products. Therefore, values such as a maximum width of approximately 2000 mm and a maximum length of approximately 10000 mm should only be treated as a custom manufacturing reference range.
These maximum dimensions do not represent regular stock sizes for every Fabric Covered PP Sheet. Large-format production depends on the polypropylene grade, thickness, fabric covering method, equipment capacity, transportation conditions and order quantity. Final dimensions must be confirmed according to the actual project.
When ordering Fabric Covered PP Sheet, customers should confirm the sheet length, width, thickness, colour, fabric type, single-sided or double-sided covering, fabric position, chemical medium, operating temperature and processing requirements.
