UHMWPE Engineering Plastic Panel is a durable engineering plastic product manufactured from ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene. It is designed for industrial equipment exposed to continuous sliding, abrasive contact, repeated impact, vibration and frequent material movement.

The panel combines excellent wear resistance, high impact strength, a low-friction working surface, self-lubricating performance and very low water absorption. It can be supplied as a complete molded sheet, cut-to-size wear plate, equipment liner, sliding panel, support pad or finished CNC-machined component.

The product shown has a natural-white or ivory-white appearance. Black, blue, green, yellow, red, orange, grey and project-specified colors can also be manufactured according to the selected formulation, panel dimensions and application requirements.

What Is a UHMWPE Engineering Plastic Panel?

A UHMWPE Engineering Plastic Panel is a solid thermoplastic plate produced from polyethylene resin with an extremely high molecular weight. Its long molecular-chain structure contributes to toughness, impact resistance and resistance to repeated sliding and abrasive wear.
