Blue MC Nylon Sheet is a wear-resistant cast nylon plate with good mechanical strength, impact toughness, low-friction performance and reliable machinability. It is suitable for gears, guide rails, rollers, bushings, wear pads, support blocks and CNC-machined industrial components. Multiple sheet sizes and thicknesses are available.
Blue MC Nylon Sheet is a cast polyamide engineering plastic plate designed for wear-resistant, low-friction and load-supporting industrial applications. It combines good mechanical strength, impact toughness, abrasion resistance and machinability, making it suitable for producing guide components, rollers, gears, bushings, wear pads and other machine parts.
MC nylon is also known as monomer cast nylon. Compared with many extruded nylon materials, the casting process is particularly suitable for producing thick plates, blocks and large-section components. The material can be supplied as an unprocessed sheet or machined into finished parts according to customer drawings, samples and operating requirements.
The blue color provides clear material identification and a clean industrial appearance. However, color alone does not indicate that the material is food grade, anti-static, conductive, flame retardant, oil-filled or heat stabilized. Special performance requirements must be confirmed through the selected material grade and relevant technical documentation.

Blue MC Nylon Sheet is widely used in conveyor systems, packaging machinery, textile equipment, automation equipment, material-handling systems, food-processing equipment, agricultural machinery and general industrial maintenance.
Typical components manufactured from the material include:
The material is frequently selected to replace steel, aluminum, bronze or other metals in applications where reduced weight, lower noise, electrical insulation or reduced mating-surface wear is required. Whether it can replace a metal component must be evaluated according to load, speed, temperature, dimensional tolerance and installation conditions.
The following dimensions are available manufacturing references for Blue MC Nylon Sheet. Dimensions are listed as length × width × thickness. Actual production availability, quantity, machining allowance, surface condition and dimensional tolerance should be confirmed before ordering.

For accurate quotation and production, customers should provide a 2D drawing, 3D model or physical sample. Important information includes finished dimensions, dimensional tolerances, hole positions, surface requirements, operating temperature, load, speed, installation method and required quantity.
MC nylon absorbs moisture from the surrounding environment. Moisture absorption may affect dimensions, stiffness and machining tolerances. This factor should be considered when the finished component will be used in humid, submerged or high-precision operating conditions.
Thick nylon sheets and blocks may also contain internal stress generated during production. For precision components, suitable machining allowance, symmetrical rough machining, intermediate stress-relief time and final finishing can help improve dimensional stability.
Metal tolerances should not be applied directly to nylon parts without evaluating the material characteristics. The required tolerance should be selected according to the component size, wall thickness, operating environment and assembly requirements.
We supply Blue MC Nylon Sheet in multiple thicknesses and manufacturing sizes for material supply, maintenance replacement and batch component production. Raw sheets can be cut according to the required dimensions or processed into finished parts based on drawings and samples.
Our factory is equipped with CNC machining centers, milling machines, lathes, cutting equipment, drilling equipment and inspection tools. We can arrange material cutting, rough machining, precision machining, drilling, tapping, surface finishing and dimensional inspection within one production process.
Before production, our team can review the component structure and operating conditions, including load, friction, speed, temperature, humidity and installation dimensions. This helps select an appropriate machining method, reserve suitable tolerances and reduce assembly problems caused by unsuitable material or structural design.
Whether the order involves individual replacement parts, small batches or continuous production, we focus on material consistency, dimensional accuracy, machining quality and scheduled delivery.
It is commonly used for guide plates, gears, rollers, pulleys, bushings, wear pads, support blocks, chain guides and other industrial machine components.
Yes. The material can be cut, drilled, milled, turned, bored, tapped and CNC machined according to 2D drawings, 3D models or physical samples.
No. Blue is primarily a color identification. Food-grade performance must be confirmed through the selected material grade and supporting documentation.
Other sheet sizes, thicknesses and finished-part dimensions can be evaluated according to the required quantity, machining requirements and production feasibility.
Yes. Nylon is a hygroscopic material, and moisture absorption may affect its dimensions and mechanical performance. Operating humidity and tolerance requirements should be confirmed before machining precision parts.
Check drawings for full specifications and confirm materials according to service conditions to prevent product defects.
Inspect all key processing steps and fully verify dimensions, holes, grooves and fitting surfaces.
